The Süfur Cycle.

It’s simple really, every bike we conjure up must endure the “Süfur Cycle”. A process that repeats itself over and over as many times as we need to until absolutely every detail is at its best!

Step 1: Designing
First, we get our creative juices flowing! Sketches, blueprints, mood boards—oh my! Once the vision is realised we then transform this into a 3d CAD design where the numbers get real! This is where we can cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s to ensure we have all the clearances and compatibilities worked out.

Step 2: Building
Next up, it’s fabrication time! This is where imagination turns to reality. With tools in hand we get to work executing the plan. Experience counts, accuracy and skill are key.

Step 3: Testing
Now for the fun part! It’s time to shake things up and see if the vision meets reality. Like a mad scientist, we stir, poke, prod, and play with every element. Is it solid? Does it shine? What did we not expect?
